Worked from a clear client brief and focused on design, supplementing it with my own competitor analysis and reference research.
Displayed key data for quick scanning in residential development cards and hot offers: project name, starting price, and a clear path to selection or consultation; separate Services and Developers pages reduce homepage overload.
Grouped trust factors — developer coverage, mortgage support, legal assistance, no overpayments, and a transparent process — to reduce perceived risk before submitting an inquiry.
Result: the design was generated with Figma AI and then refined manually; the client’s developer handled further implementation, and I do not know the final launch status.
