Alliance Realty — a service for apartment owners in Warsaw who want passive income without managing rentals themselves.
My work
The project came through an agency: positioning, structure, and Polish content had already been approved with the client, so I worked from a clear brief.
Strengthened the core value proposition — passive income and fast apartment rental — through benefits, guarantees, and a structured explanation of the agency’s full-service model.
Organized the large service scope into clear groups and a seven-step process, while estimate and consultation CTAs repeat near proof points and collaboration stages.
Result: layouts delivered to the agency; I do not know whether the landing page was ultimately launched.
